Co. operates through four reportable segments: Health and Wellness, which consists of cleaning, disinfecting and other products mainly marketed and sold in the U.S.; Household, which consists of bags and wraps, cat litter and grilling products marketed and sold in the U.S.; Lifestyle, which consists of food, natural personal care products and water-filtration products marketed and sold in the U.S.; and International, which consists of products sold outside the U.S., such as laundry additives, home care products, water-filtration products, digestive health products, grilling products, and natural personal care products.
