Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns and operates Dover International Speedway® in Dover, DE and Nashville Superspeedway® near Nashville, TN. Co. is engaged in the following sources: television and radio broadcasts of its events; ticket sales; sponsorship payments; suite rentals; hospitality tent rentals and catering; concessions and vendor commissions for the right to sell concessions and souvenirs at its facilities; expo space rentals; and track and facility rentals and other event-related activities.
