Co. sells all of its brands in the U.S. Watch and Accessory Brands market primarily to department stores, such as Macy's and Nordstrom; main jewelry store chains, such as Signet Jewelers, Ltd. and Helzberg Diamonds Corp.; independent jewelers; and third-party e-commerce retailers; as well as directly to consumers through Co.'s owned e-commerce websites. Internationally, Co.'s brands are sold to department stores, jewelry chains, independent jewelers and third-party e-commerce retailers.
