Moxian is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the bitcoin mining industry, which is the production of bitcoin. Co. operates mining hardware which performs computational operations in support of the blockchain measured in hash rate or hashes per second. A hash is the computation run by mining hardware in support of the blockchain; therefore, a miner's hash rate refers to the rate at which it is capable of solving such computations.
