Rogers Corporation (NYSE:ROG) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the Company to initiate a $100 million share repurchase program.
Rogers designs, develops, manufactures and sells engineered materials and components. Co. operates two operating segments: Advanced Electronics Solutions, which designs, develops, manufactures and sells circuit materials, ceramic substrate materials, busbars and cooling solutions for applications in wireless infrastructure, automotive, aerospace and defense, connected devices, and wired infrastructure; and Elastomeric Material Solutions, which designs, develops, manufactures and sells engineered material solutions for a variety of applications and markets including polyurethane and silicone materials used in cushioning, gasketing and sealing, and vibration management applications.
